About

My story

I am Pamela Elizondo, an Industrial Design Engineer with a background in the Technology Industry. With over five years of experience as a UX and Interaction Designer, I have honed my skills in cloud computing, automation, and innovation. I assist companies in identifying fundamental problems related to their requirements and provide effective solutions to achieve their goals. My work enables leaders to better analyze and project current and future resource needs based on user interactions with their platforms.

I have developed tools for platforms catering to a C-Suite audience. Later, I served as a UX and Interaction Designer for a multinational corporation and technology company, focused on online advertising and artificial intelligence on ACN's behalf from November 2021 to March 2024. During this period, I contributed to the development of a user-friendly overlay for a IBM Maximo web app, crucial for monitoring, maintenance, and reliability data centers. My responsibilities included providing UX, UI, IXD, Viz, and strategy services. I also had the opportunity to visit the site in Atlanta and conduct interviews with platform users.

For me, design is everywhere; it is the way we experience life. It’s the art of living and observing the world around us. That’s why I am deeply interested in understanding people’s behavior, their purpose, and how they interact with the world. This is also why I constantly seek new experiences, places, and cultures to stimulate my creativity. It’s about appreciating life with a good sense of art and aesthetics.

I identify as a collective designer because I believe in integrating and creating solutions and ideas with a common purpose, collaborating with different people, professionals, companies, and perspectives. I am fostered by teamwork and driven by effective communication.
